As a player, I know what I would like to do in the beginning of season in regards to stretching and conditioning so I took the initiative in planning different stretching activities as well as conditioning drills that would not only benefit myself but every person on the team. I came up with different stretching drills that I know would help the soreness as well as different conditioning drills that would benefit players when the season actually started! It was fun and challenging at the same time!
